Health Yetu Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Emmanuel Orguba as Operations Manager, marking a key milestone in strengthening the organization’s operational capacity across Northern Kenya.
This appointment supports Health Yetu’s continued growth and its commitment to delivering high-quality, integrated medical outreach programs focused on eye care, dental care, and HPV vaccination in remote and underserved communities.
Role and responsibilities
In his role, Emmanuel is responsible for coordinating logistical and operational planning for Health Yetu’s medical camps and monthly HPV vaccination activities. He serves as a central point of coordination between Health Yetu’s international commercial team, the Kenyan operations team, and local partners and stakeholders.
His leadership strengthens day-to-day execution in the field while improving coordination, efficiency, and continuity across programs.

Emmanuel brings extensive experience working in Northern Kenya, with a background in community health initiatives and HIV-related programs. His strong familiarity with the region’s health systems, logistical challenges, and community dynamics enhances Health Yetu’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality healthcare services in hard-to-reach areas.

Born in Kargi, Marsabit County, Emmanuel has deep roots in the communities Health Yetu serves and currently resides in Marsabit City. His local presence and long-standing community ties reinforce Health Yetu’s Kenyan-led delivery model.
